About Us

We are the UK Importer and Distributor of Firestone RubberCover, single ply EPDM rubber roofing systems, operating from our Head office in Derbyshire. We have been distributing this product for the last 14 years, and have gained unrivalled knowledge over this time. We operate the National Training Centre for Firestone RubberCover at our premises.

Our facility allows us to stock a significant amount of EPDM, and capacity for cutting hundreds of sheets per day. Centrally located in the UK, allows our delivery capabilities to cater for virtually everyone.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

We always try to get orders shipped within 24 hours. We are dedicated to providing fast and efficient delivery.

Next day delivery is available if items are in stock at the time of ordering. Next day delivery is only available for orders placed before 12 noon. (Some highlands and islands will take up to 3 working days)

Standard delivery will be on a next day service between the hours of 8am and 6pm. (Some highland addresses are surcharged and cannot guarantee next day, please ask for more details) but this is dependant on the courier service.We always recommend ordering goods well in advance of installation dates as delays can occur and neither ourselves or the courier service can offer compensation in these instances.

Transport Policy

All of our delivery charges are based on delivery to mainland UK (excluding the Scottish Highlands). All deliveries are based on the customer being available to accept the goods. This includes, on heavier items, the ability or willingness to manually offload the goods, or having mechanical offloading facilities available (such as a forklift truck). Please be aware that any order received after midday on a Friday (along with any order received over a weekend) will be processed on a Monday as we do not deliver Saturdays. All of our estimated delivery times are therefore based on a 5 day working week so please bear this in mind when ordering your goods.


Returns can only be made by prior arrangement only. A 50% handling fee will be applied. Special order/Bespoke items can not be returned.


When purchasing installation, units are to fit to structurally sound builders upstand, formed and weathered by others. Permaroof UK accept no responsibility for the structural suitability of builders upstand or the upstand we install to. It shall be deemed that the main contractor has taken all necessary advice to ensure suitability of builders upstand. Builders upstand is to be ready for immediate use by Permaroof UK and any delays caused by the upstand preperation not being complete maybe chargeable.
All hoisting/cranage of units to roof area to be by others.
It is the responsibility of the main contractor to provide a suitable crash deck beneath all rooflight openings that will be worked on by Permaroof UK.
Installation of Rooflights to site formed curbs are not always left in a finished 'watertight' state and may need final flashings/weathering details installed by others.
We do not carry out waterpoofing details and do not supply or replace any flashings/waterpoofing.

Delivery Schedule

We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 - 5 business days.

You must inform us within 24 HOURS if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received in good condition.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Permaroof UK do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

A distance contract is one for the supply of goods or services where there has been no face to face contact between the consumer and a representative of the business. Common examples include sales by phone, fax, and mail order or via the Internet or TV.

Businesses do not get cooling off periods when signing up to contracts at home or business premises or at a distance. Unless the contract you have with the company you are purchasing the product from states you have a cooling off period, you will not have one.

Cooling-off periods won't apply also;

If you bought certain goods and services which the law says aren't covered by a cooling-off period.
If you're a business buyer.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a full refund, goods must be returned using an insured courier. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Goods cannot be returned unless they are in the original condition they arrived in. All goods returned must not have been unpackaged or used in any way. Returns can only be made by prior arrangement only. A 50% handling fee will be applied. Special order/Bespoke items can not be returned.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition and unused.


These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
