Velux EDW flashing kits are designed to form a water tight seal around your roof window to ensure a high performance of your roof window. Because every roof window needs a flashing to ensure safe and effective water drainage, VELUX makes it simple to select the right one for your roofing material and window layout.

VELUX flashing kits are designed to integrate your VELUX roof window perfectly into the roofing material, ensuring that your window is completely weathertight, whatever the conditions. We offer a range of flashings designed for different roofing materials and provide two options for installation height.

A flashing that does exactly what it’s supposed to – for plain tiles up to 15mm in profile.

The VELUX EDW tile flashing suits virtually every installation, and supersedes the EDZ as their standard tile flashing. VELUX flashing kits are designed to integrate your VELUX roof window perfectly into the roofing material, ensuring that your window is completely weathertight, whatever the conditions.

Flashings sit under the roofing materials, and then the water from the roof is collected in the built-in guttering system. The gutter overlaps a second section of the flashing to help the water flow smoothly down the side of the window. The flashing apron moulds to the roof material profile, to allow the water to drain away.

This is a flashing kit for installation of one roof window into flat or profiled roofing material up to 120mm in profile
